Katsunori Maki started his career as a project engineer in aircraft interior manufacturer in 1999 and had worked with many major airlines (Qantas, Hawaiian, Ansett, Royal Brunei & etc...) and both OEM (Airbus & Boeing). After that, he joined ANA in 2009 and was assigned to the cabin engineering section. He has worked on both line fit and retrofit cabin projects as senior program manager. From 2016, he moved to the current section (Cabin Products and Services Planning) and is responsible for all ANA future cabin strategy and all ANA fleets LOPA planning.
