Priyanga Wijewardana is a Seasoned Customer Experience Strategist and a Technology Evangelist with over 15+ Years Digital and Customer Experience and Transformation. He is currently serving as the Strategy Planning Manager at SriLankan Airlines - The National Airline of Sri Lanka, and member of oneworld global alliance.   
 
He previously headed the digital experience arm of the airline as the Digital Experience Manager to create and implement strategies designed to improve seamless and brand-led digital customer experience, optimizing product and technology to better service customers, enhancing satisfaction and conversion.   
 
He demonstrates expertise in formulating operational policies and strategies in leading to ensure smooth airline and airport customer experience and develop customer service standards to enhance comfort & convenience. Aside from technicality he’s strongly into developing B2B and B2C relationships in order to establish long term partnerships. Further he is strongly into ancillary opportunities where aviation sector can be highly benefitted.   
 
As a passion, Priyanga contributes to young generation by promoting the commercial aviation through awareness programs reaching public and academic institutions. He presently serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Sabaragamuwa University for B.Sc. Honours In Tourism Management in delivering customer experience academic stream for the undergraduates.
