With over two decades of professional expertise across diverse roles, Robert’s unwavering passion for aviation has been the driving force behind his journey. Specializing in enhancing the cabin experience, Robert is dedicated to implementing innovative ideas that elevate and sustainably improve the overall passenger experience on a daily basis. After 20 years in various positions in the industry, Robert joined at AERQ as a technical sales manager in 2021, being the link between the engineering/development department and the sales department. He has since transitioned into the role of Sales Director, where he is responsible for build and manage relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
